研究概要

本研究計画は「植物における光合成機能統制の分子基盤」の研究項目として"光合成機能統制の器官間コミュニケーション機構"及び"光合成機能統制の細胞内コミュニケーション機構"の総括班として当該研究領域の全体的な研究方針の策定、各研究項目の企画調整、研究連絡ならびに広報などを担当し、当該領域研究の円滑で、効率の良い運営を行うことを目的とした。本年度の成果は以下のようである。
1.研究計画及び公募計画の研究については、計画検討会及び成果報告会を各1回企画・実施し、総括班会議の審議を基に各研究計画の妥当性と成果の評価を行った。
2.公募研究について、領域関連の広い分野から新進気鋭の研究者の参加を求め、領域研究の意図および共同研究の促進を徹底した。
3.数名の専門家と他省庁などの関連研究プロジェクトのリーダーを計画検討会と成果報告会に招き、研究全体の評価と助言を得るとともに、わが国の植物科学の整合性と発展を図る機会を設けた。
4.国内外の先駆的な研究者を招きシンポジウムを開催(2回)し、研究成果の公表に努めるとともに、計画研究分担者ならびに公募研究参加者を中心に領域の中心的テーマについてワークショップを開催し、本領域研究の意図の理解及び研究の方法論、展望などを討議した。
5.本領域研究の活動および成果を広く公表するために、広報誌の発行(3回)とホームページを開設した。
6.共同研究の促進を図るために、本計画研究において汎用的な設備備品を設置し、計画研究者を中心に併用の途を開いた。
