研究概要

本特定領域研究総括班は、計画研究および公募研究のとりまとめ、シンポジウムの開催、計測センターに維持管理をおこなうことを目的に設置されている。本年度の活動は以下のようなものである。1)海外からの研究者(Dr.Pazour,University of Massachusetts University,Dr.Sale,Emory University,Dr.Gaertig,The University of Georgia,Dr.Gerisch,Max-Planck Insitutte)をふくむ8名の講演者による公開シンポジウム「生物分子モーターと細胞運動」の開催(平成12年11月10日、東京にて)、2)計画班、公募班員をあつめた研究発表会の開催(平成12年1月7日-8日、早稲田大学にて)、3)研究成果のとりまとめと公表、4)「生物分子モーターの1分子計測、1分子操作」班あるいは「生物分子モーターの動的構造」班の班員のための組換えモーターの発現、精製やヌクレオチドアナログの合成などを中心にした共同研究の推進。
