反応場における熱分解を利用する機能性高分子材料の新しい解析法の開発

研究概要	本年度は、反応場における熱分解を利用した、高分子材料の構造解析の基礎検討として、現有の熱分解ガスクロマトグラフを利用して、化学試薬の種類および反応温度などの反応熱分解の諸条件の最適化を進め、分光学的手法などの従来法による解析が極めて困難視されていた、主鎖中にヘテロ原子を含む下記の機能性高分子材料の微細構造解析などを行った。・天然樹脂シェラックの迅速・簡便な化学組成分析法の開発と、この方法を応用したシェラックの産地間識別・ポリ塩化ビニルおよびエチレン-塩化ビニル共重合体中の短鎖分岐の高感度定量法の開発・アクリロニトリル-ブタジエンゴム中の可塑剤の拡散挙動を微量の試料で高感度に解析する手法の開発・動物プランクトン1個体中の脂質の脂肪酸組成と、餌である植物プランクトン中の組成との相関解析・臭素-アンチモン系難燃剤を用いた難燃化ポリマー材料の難燃化機構の解析・加熱炉熱分解装置を用いる発生ガス分析における選択的試料導入装置の開発以上の研究成果は、いずれも研究論文として国際学術誌に掲載されている。さらに、反応温度や反応時間などの分解条件を制御できる、マイクロカプセルを利用した新しい反応熱分解法の開発も試みた。その結果、これまでは解析が困難視されていた、ポリカーボネート中の不溶性微小異物(いわゆるフィッシュ・アイ)を分析することが初めて可能になり、その架橋化学構造に関する直接的な知見を得ることができた。
