光応答機能を持つデンドソマーの合成

研究概要	デンドリマーの物性・機能を光制御することをめざして、蛍光性官能基あるいはフォトクロミック官能基を中心部にもつ光応答性デンドリマーを合成し、それらの光応答機能を明らかにすることを目的とした。アントラセン基を中心部にもつ蛍光性ベンジルエーテル型デンドリマーおよびアミノ基を中心部にもつ消光剤ベンジルエーテル型デンドリマーをそれぞれ合成し、デンドリマー中心部の化学反応性を明らかにするべく、蛍光消光実験を行った。アントラセン基がデンドリマー周辺部により保護され消光剤の接近を妨ぐことか出来れば、蛍光消光は起きないことになる。第3世代アントラセン基含有デンドリマーを、第2世代アミノ基含有デンドリマーで消光した時においても、動的消光の寄与が確認され、また、その消光定数はデンドリマー周辺部を持たない場合と比較して1/6であった。第3世代程度では、中心部に消光剤が接近可能であり、動的消光がすすんだと考えられる。ビス(2,4-ジメチル-5-フェニル)ペルフルオロシクロペンテンの4,4‘位にアセチル基を導入し、還元によりアルコールとし、そこへベンジルエーテル型デンドリマー(1〜3世代)を結合させた。この場合、結合部位の炭素は不斉になる。この方法により、不斉部をもつフォトクロミックジチエニルエテンエテンデンドリマーを合成した。このデンドリマーの光学分割が成功すれば、光照射による旋光性の制御が可能になると期待される。
