ナノメトリック有機分子膜の線形および非線形誘電分極率評価装置の開発

研究概要	本研究は、申請者が誘電体電気物性を基礎として提案してきた水面上単分子膜の電気物性評価法である変位電流法を、実用レベルまで展開するために3年間の計画で立案されたものである。すなわち、誘電体電子物性の立場から、双極性分子の物質界面での線形誘電性、さらには非線形誘電性を同時に評価するシステムを構築し、物質界面におけるナノメトリック分子膜の電気的および光学的性質を、誘電体物性の立場から解き明かすことを目的としている。本年度に得られた成果を要約すると次のようになる。 (1)物質界面の双極子性分子の一次配向度と線形誘電率に関連しては、変位電流法を用いて、分子膜の一次の配向度(<cosθ>,秩序度)の大きさ、外部刺激(光、圧力、熱)に対する配向度の変化を評価する事ができた。また、双極性分子膜の相転移温度の評価できるシステムを構築することができ、熱刺激変位電流法によりこの実証をする事ができた。 (2)基板効果を考慮した誘電異方性を持つ分子および持たない分子により形成される分子膜の形態変化に伴う誘電的構造の理論解析することができた。 (3)光学的に分子膜の2次の配向度(<cos2θ>)と非線形誘電率の評価を同時に計測できるシステムの設計と試作を完了した。
