研究概要

平成9年度は、携帯性に優れ手術場に設置可能な3次元形状計測装置の基本設計と、これまでに私たちが開発したデータとの互換性の確保、開発したシステムの精度検討を行った。
手術ナビゲーターの中心ハードウェアを選定し、性能の検討を行った。今回選定したヘッドは比較的軽量(8kgで、従来機と比較して携帯性に優れ、手術場での設置、計測が容易であった。このため懸架台は既存品を使用可能であった。また、データ採取時間は1秒以内で、その精度は私たちが保有する従来機と同様で、計測誤差は0.4%以内であった。また、出力データの互換性を保つために、新たにデータ変換ソフトウェアを作製し、従来の計測データとの整合性を確保した。
つぎに、ナビゲーターの中核となる形状評価システムの開発・改良を開始した。計測部分での処理時間は1秒以内であるが、得られた3次元画像の重ね合わせと各小平面の距離計算には10数分の時間がかかっており、リアルタイム処理用に新たなソフトウェア開発を検討している。
