研究概要

・1 Fourier multiplier 特に測度環におけるWiener-Pitt現象を起こさない作用素について調べた。任意の局所コンパクトabel群GにおいてNS(G)+L^1(G)=M(G)を示した。L^1(G)やM(G)は和に関して閉じているのでNS(G)は閉じていない事が分かる。L^1(G)⊂NS(G)なのでNS(G)+NS(G)=M(G)を示したことにもなる。また、同様にNS_0(G)+L^1(G)=M_0(G)が示される。M_0(G)のApostol環はL^1(G)を含みNS_0(G)に含まれる環であるので、この等式はFourier-Stieltjes変換が無限遠で消え、さらに自然なスペクトルをもつがdecomposableでない測度が任意の局所コンパクトable群に対して存在することを示している。これにより、Eschmeier-Laursen-Neumannによる問題は肯定的に解決できた。
・2 非Lipschitz関数が作用するBanach空間が自明なものに限るための十分条件を与えた。また、この条件を満たさない多くの非Lipschitz関数が作用する非自明なBanach関数空間の存在を示したので、上で与えた十分条件は正則Banach関数空間に対しては必要条件にも近いと考えられる。
・3 Douglas環BのApostol環はBのQ-連続関数全体QCと一致していることを示した。QA=QCPH^∽とするときNS(B)+NS(QA)=BやFrs(H^∽)+Frs(B)=Bが成立することも示した。このことから、Frs(B)+Frs(B)=BとFrs(H^∽)+Frs(H^∽)=H^∽が分かるがFrs(H^∽)はNS(H^∽よりあるかに小さいのでNS(H^∽)+NS(H^∽)=H^∽が示されたことにもなる。
