溶液中の反応基礎過程の解明と分子間相互作用ダイナミクスの確立

研究概要

本年度の代表的な研究成果と研究の進捗状況を以下に述べる。研究成果は国際会議で発表するとともに論文にまとめつつある。
1.溶媒和ダイナミクス:数種類の典型的な色素の3パルスフォトンエコーの測定を行い、エコー信号のCoherent Period τ依存性を正確に測定し、励起状態のPopulation Time Tとτの2次元解析手法を開発中である。温度依存性の測定結果は、波束のダイナミクスのコヒーレンスが変化している様子を示しており、2次元解析により従来のピークシフト測定だけからは得られなかった、溶媒和過程の詳細を明らかにしたい。また、RISM理論と拡散方程式を組み合わせた手法により溶媒和ダイナミクスの計算を進めた。動径分布関数の時間依存性から溶媒の再配向過程における非線形姓が示された。また、第1および第2溶媒和圏の緩和の相関関数を計算し、光学モードと音響モードの寄与を明らかにした。さらに、光カーゲート法を用いたフェムト秒時間分解発光スペクトル測定装置を開発し、エネルギー緩和とスペクトル幅の緩和過程を詳しく調べている。
2.ブルー銅蛋白質の反応誘起低周波骨格振動:電子輸送蛋白質であるブルー銅蛋白質はその機能と構造が判っている蛋白質である。11年度にプラストシアニンのLMCT吸収帯を励起して活性部位の電荷移動反応と強く結合した約30cm^<-1>の骨格振動を抽出することに初めて成功した。本年度は、波長分解測定とその温度依存性の測定を進めると共に、シュードアズリンに関する実験も行い、プラストシアニンと同様の結果を観測した。活性部位の電荷移動吸収帯を励起することで、電子輸送機能の発現における蛋白質の構造変化をフェムト秒分光によるコヒレント振動として観測できることを示していると考えられ、この現象がブルー銅蛋白質で一般化できるかどうかを確認したい。
3.そのほかに、超高速無輻射失活のダイナミクス、ガラス状態の融解に伴う低振動数モードの解析、高い電子励起状態からの電子移動と電荷再結合過程の解析、混合液体の分子間相互作用ダイナミクスなどの研究を行った。
