DNA多型遺伝子に基づく日本人の地域性と遺伝子頻度の地理的勾配に関する研究

研究概要	本年度はインター・アルファ・トリプシン・インヒビターのH1鎖(ITIH1)について、既報のデータと今回あらたに集団調査して得たデータ(アイヌから石垣島の14集団データおよび東アジアの15集団データ)を用いて地理的勾配を検討した。ITIH1^1とITIH1^3の二つの遺伝子は本州最西部(山口県)で頻度が最小となる勾配を示し、逆に、ITIH1^2は最大となる勾配を示した。九州北部(福岡県)あるいは本州最西部(山口県)あたりに、在来の人々よりITIH1^1とITIH1^3の低い頻度とITIH1^2の高い頻度を持つ集団の流入が考えられた。さらに、新しく見つけたY染色体上のSRY遺伝子の多型(Type CとType T)を本州3集団、九州4集団、琉球列島2集団、韓国人1集団、中国人4集団、フィリピンネグリト1集団、ドイツ人1集団の計16集団1241人を調べた。Type TはYAP(-)とリンクしており、その頻度は日本人9集団では沖縄の0.222から対馬の0.324の範囲にあり、上述のITIHlと同様な地理的勾配を示した。また、韓国人は対馬と同じ、0.324であった。一方、中国人では0.023、ネグリトやドイツ人では0であった。Y染色体上のSTRマーカー4種を用いて分析した結果、Type Tの発生は約4500年前と計算された。このType Tを持つ染色体はおそらく朝鮮半島の集団で発生して、日本に持ち込まれたものと考えられた。本因子は男性の移動を研究する上で、縄文系といわれるYAP(+)染色体とともに有用なマーカーであることが示された。さらに、詳細な分布を明らかにする予定である。
