2価チタン錯体を用いる実践的合成プロセスの開発

研究概要	2価チタン錯体とアセチレンから形成されるチタン-アセチレン錯体に、アリルアルコール誘導体を反応させると、5員環チタナサイクルが生成した後、β-脱離反応が起こり、メタロエン型生成物である1,4-ジエニルチタン化合物が収率良く得られることを明らかにした。さらに、それと種々の親電子剤との反応が容易に進行することを明らかにした。この知見を基に種々の含窒素複素環が合成できることを明らかにした。すなわち、アミノ酸より導いた、アリル位に脱離基を有する含窒素ビス不飽和化合物の2価チタン錯体による環化反応により、良好な収率および立体選択性で、環状含窒素チタン化合物が得られ、これの加水分解あるいはヨウ素やアルデヒドとの反応により、オレフィン、ハロゲンやヒドロキシル基といった官能基を持ったピペリジン、ピロリジンおよびデカハイドロキノリン骨格を有する化合物を合成した。さらに、環化反応の不斉反応への展開を検討し、従来ほとんど例のない新規な不斉環化反応を見出した。すなわち、C_2対称キラルアセタールを不斉補助基ならびに脱離基として用いることで、エノールエーテルを含む、5あるいは6員環炭素環状化合物やテトラヒドロフラン誘導体を高立体選択的に合成することに成功した。
