研究概要	一回の反応で複数の結合を選択的に形成させることは、反応行程を短縮させ、効率的かつ経済的な方法となることから、現在多くの注目を集めている。研究代表者はこのようなカスケード反応として、分子内ダブルミカエル反応および分子内ミカエル・アルドール反応をすでに開発しており、本研究ではこれら反応の応用と精密化およびさらなる展開を目的として検討を行ない、様々な成果を挙げている。 (1) ジテルペン・アチシレン酸の効率的合成:ホモアリル・ホモアリールラジカル転位反応を活用して分子内ダブルミカエル反応によって成し得なかったアチシレン酸の効率的な全合成を達成した。 (2) インドールアルカロイド・タカモニンの短行程合成:インドールの2位にα,β-不飽和エステル鎖を、3位に不飽和アミド鎖を持つ化合物に対してアミン存在下シリルトルフレートを作用させることによってインドロキノリチジン体を得、これより数行程でタカモニンの重要合成中間体へと変換することに成功した。 (3) セスキテルペン・クルモリンの高効率的全合成:シクロペンテノンの4位にα,β-不飽和エステル鎖を持つ化合物を分子内ダブルミカエル反応に付して、三環性架橋化合物を立体選択的に合成した。これより三行程でクルモリンへと変換し、その超効率的全合成を完成した。 (4) その他:シクロブタノール誘導体に対するパラジウム錯体存在下での連続的な環拡大反応を鍵反応として、トリコテカン型セスキテルペンの合成を行なうと共に、メディエーターを介する電解反応によって新規なカスケード反応を開発した。
