集積型金属錯体の次元構造の合理的制御

研究概要	集積構造を持つ一次元、二次元、三次元金属錯体を合成し、得られた錯体の物性、機能を明らかにした。すなわち、銀、亜鉛、銅、パラジウム、白金、ロジウム、ニッケルの金属錯体について、ポルフィリン、ハロゲン、ピリジン類、芳香族パイ共役分子、アミド類、チオフェン誘導体が配位した秩序ある構造を有する集積型金属錯体を合成し、そのスタッキングによる秩序形式や導電性、磁性、電気化学的応答を明らかにした。たとえば、ポルフィリン亜鉛錯体がパイ共役主鎖中に存在する金属錯体をニッケル錯体、パラジウム錯体を用いる重合法により合成し、一次元鎖に沿う錯体間の電子的相互作用の大きさをUV-visスペクトルにおけるソーレーバンドの分裂により評価した。また、銀とチオフェン誘導体の錯体がフォトクロミック特性を示し、光メモリー材料として機能することが明らかとなった。さらに、擬一次元鎖ハロゲン架橋10族遷移金属錯体においては、基底状態が二重縮退しておりソリトンやポーラロンが生成することを明らかにした。このような擬一次元鎖錯体においては電荷のゆらぎと秩序化が起こることを明らかにし、この挙動を理論的および電子状態の各種測定により明らかにした。本研究で得られたいくつかの金属錯体はスタッキング等により三次元的高次構造をとることができる。
