分子動力学シミュレーションによる照射した固体中の損傷組織発達原子レベル過程研究

研究概要	平成11年度には体心立方金属V,Mo中の単一格子間原子及び二格子間原子、三格子間原子及び四格子間原子の原子レベル構造とそれら移動の活性化エネルギーと拡散係数のpre-exponential因子を長時間分子動力学MD計算を行い拡散のEinsteinの公式と比較することにより決定した。使用したポテンシャルは等方的なJohnson&Oh型(JO_EAM)と体心立方金属の原子間結合手の効果を考慮したBaskesによる角度依存型のModified EAM(=MEAM)を用いた。ポテンシャルは三次微分まで連続でcut-off距離でスムースに0になるように我々により決定した。Vの安定な単一格子間原子の構造は〈111〉分裂型であるが格子間原子芯部では〈111〉原子列よりはみ出たジクザグ構造をしている。ジクザク部のはみ出し角によりいくつかの準安定構造がありこれらの間の移動により格子間原子の低い活性化エネルギーによる移動が起きることが判明した。〈111〉分裂型格子間原子の軸の変換は同じく準安定状態間の移動により起きる。Moでは〈110〉分裂型が安定で格子間原子の移動は従来知られているように他の〈110〉方向に移る機構で移動する。この機構の活性化エネルギーは0.34eVと大きく極低温電子照射実験結果を説明できない。広く使われているJO_EAM使用の点欠陥集合体シミュレーション計算への問題点を提起した。JO_EAMで計算した原子空孔集合体は全サイズ領域でボイドが最も安定な構造になるがMEAMでは16-vacancyより小さいサイスでは(111)plateletが最も安定になる。これらサイズの集合体の実験結果との比較が必要である。MPIメッセージ言語を用いての256-node超並列計算機paragonによる高速大規模計算を可能にした。面心立方金属の自己イオン照射及び中性子照射による組織発達のシミュレーションを行った。結果は学界発表をした。格子間原子及びそれらの集合体は歪場下での拡散により転位近傍に偏析する。この過程のシミュレーションを行った。または集合体グループに吸い寄せられ結晶粒内には原子空孔及びその微小集合体が残る。原子空孔は集合体を形成してボイドを形成する。この過程を原子数32000よりなる結晶を用いてシミュレーシを行った。
