肝細胞癌の発生・進展における腫瘍血管構築の分子機構と血流画像

研究概要

1.分子生物学的解析
肝細胞癌の多発結節が多中心性発癌(MO)によるものか肝内転移(IM)によるものかをB型肝癌において検討した。方法は手術的に得られたパラフィン包埋切片もしくは新鮮凍結標本について多発癌におけるB型肝炎ウィルスの組み込みをSowthern blottingにより検討した。異時性のものについて1個がパラフィン包埋でしか残っていないものについても、新鮮標本から得られたHBUDNAの組み込み部分のクローニングにより検討した。その結果、切除の対象となるような小型のB型肝癌のほとんどがMOによることが明らかとなった。
2.血流動態的解析
新しく導入された静注用超音波造影剤を用いることにより、癌性血洞レベルの血流表示もハーモニックエコー法で可能であることが明らかとなった。
