研究概要

1.昨年度に組み上げたrfエコーデータ収集システムの性能評価:エコーデータ収集装置の性能を含めた変位/歪計測精度の限界を評価する方法を考案し、ファントム実験を通じて限界を明らかにした。これまでに使用していたデータ取得装置を用いた場合に比べ、格段にその計測精度が向上することが確認された。
2.乳腺in vivo弾性画像(および圧迫機の実現):今年度の後半より、上記エコーデータ収集システムを用いて乳腺の臨床データの収集を図り、特に圧迫方法の改善を図った。これまでは、臨床医がトランスデューサそのもので圧迫を行っていたが、トランスデューサを組み込み、自由な方向に所望する変位量だけ圧迫させることのできる圧迫機を実現した。これにより、関心領域内のデータの取り損ねがほぼ無くなった。収集された臨床データにおいては、特に、硬癌および繊維腺種の鑑別に的をしぼった。統計的な評価が可能となるだけの臨床例を得るには至っていないが、その鑑別技法としての可能性は十分にあることが確認された。
3.報告:論文発表は「研究発表」にある通りであるが、国際会議にて7件、国内会議で10件の報告を行った。
