強相関電子系における異方的超伝導と磁性

研究概要	本年度行なった研究成果の概要を以下に記す。・スピン軌道相互作用を含んだ3バンド模型に対して、Sr_2RuO_4のスピン帯磁率の異方性を計算した。計算結果は、実験的に観測されている結果と定性的に一致した。さらに、この模型を用いて、カイラルなp波超伝導状態の安定性を論じた。・超伝導体Sr_2RuO_4の第2臨界磁場の異常な温度依存性と2次元面内の異方性に対するスピン軌道相互作用の影響を、スピン3重項超伝導体の現象論的な模型を用いて明らかにした。この解析をもとにして、実験的にみつかった磁束格子の向きと第2臨界磁場の異方性の間の関係を説明した。・カイラルp波超伝導体の表面には、ギャップレスのカイラルな準粒子状態が存在する。Londonの磁場侵入長とコヒーレンス長が同程度の大きさの場合、この準粒子状態は低温での表面インピーダンスに影響を及ぼし、磁場侵入長の温度依存性は温度の2乗になることを示した。この結果は、Sr_2RuO_4に関する最近の実験をよく説明する。・スピン軌道相互作用により実効的に発生するチャーン・サイモンズ項をもとにした、新しい超伝導発現機構を提案した。理論の特徴は、(1)高温超伝導体などのように層構造をもつ系に特有の機構であること、(2)強相関電子系において重要な磁気的性質と密接に関連していること、(3)超伝導のクーパー対が非s波の対称性を持つことなどである。これらの成果については現在投稿中である。また、この超伝導機構と密接に関連する分数量子ホール系において、クーパー対形成条件を調べた。
