非定常法による非金属の熱物性値の簡易多重測定法の開発

研究概要	試片を真空槽の中で任意の温度まで加熱し、試片が真空中で放射冷却していく時の情報より金属の比熱と全半球放射率を同時に求める新しい測定法を確立してきた。本研究は測定対象物を非金属まで拡大すること、さらに、熱拡散率をも同時に求める測定法を開発することである。まず、試片の昇温過程の情報より熱拡散率を求める新しい方法を提案した。昇温過程で熱拡散率を求め、冷却過程で比熱と全半球放射率を同時に求める多重測定法を提案した。非金属は周知のように熱拡散率が小さく、試片に温度差が生じ測定精度を落とすことが判明した。それ故、まずガラスを用いて精度よく放射率を求めようとした。金属を対象とした測定では一切考慮しなくともよい、さまざまな工夫を行い、これまで報告例の少ない「非定常法による非金属の放射率の測定法」を提案した。測定試片にガラスを採用したことにより新たに興味深い問題も生じてきた。すなわち、透明な物質の放射現象に特有な試片厚さの問題である。この厚さの評価法を精度よく行なわないと測定精度があがらない。さらにガラス試片の寸法の影響(端効果)を見積もり、試片内に温度分布が生じない工夫をし、新しい非定常法熱量法による非金属の放射率の測定法を確立した。
