拡散光トポグラフィの基礎的研究

研究概要

1.3次元吸収物体の表面形状の高精度計測の実時間化
○光電子倍増管に有限な広がりを有する検出開口を設置することにより、実時間で後方多重散乱光の積分強度を検出した。
○入射レーザビームを強度変調し、検出された空間積分強度信号をロックイン増幅することで、高S/N比増幅を実現した。
○レーザビームの入射位置の走査および信号の量子化をすべてコンピュータ制御で一元化し、自動化した。
○拡散光トポグラフィ法による3次元物体の表面形状計測の高精度化・実時間化を実現し、血管分布の映像化技術の開発へ確実に結びつけた。
2.デコンボリューション法による再構成像の尖鋭化
○後方多重散乱光強度パターンを発生する強散乱媒質の点像分布関数を導出するためのモンテカルロシミュレータの開発を行った。
○シミュレーションにより、強散乱媒質の点像分布関数の深さ依存性を明示し、この方向にシフト不変性が成り立たないことを証明し、拡散光トポグラフィ法における再構成像の改良への問題点を明らかにした。
○最浅部で導出した点像分布関数をデコンボリューション法に適用し、再構成像のエッジ部の尖鋭化に成功した。
3.光子拡散理論による後方多重散乱光の光路長分布の理論的導出
○光子拡散方程式の解析解を鏡像法を用いて導出し、後方散乱光の光路長分布を理論的に導出した。
○理論とモンテカルロシュミレーションで導出した光路長分布を使用して、3次元吸収物体の表面形状の再構成し、最大光路長と実際の物体深度との関係の最適化を行った。
○最大光路長が物体深度の5次の多項式で近似することにより、深度に依存することなく良好な再構成が行えることを示した。
