研究概要	1.視床に投射線維を送る三叉神経脊髄路核尾側亜核ニューロンのなかにプレプロダイノルフィン様免活性を示すものがあることをラットを用いて証明した。 2.ヒト新生児および成人の脊髄について、P物質受容体様免疫活性を示すニューロンの分布を調べた。 3.スライス実験により、ラットの三叉神経脊髄路核尾側亜核II層(膠様質)のニューロンの膜特性と形態を細胞電位内記録法と細胞内標識法により探索した。投射ニューロンのほか、局所回路ニューロンを2型に分類した。 4.ラットのスライス実験により、三叉神経脊髄路核尾側亜核II層(膠様質)において、一群の局所回路ニューロンがカルビンディンD28K様免疫活性を示すことを発見した。 5.結合腕傍核、視床、ないし視床下部に投射線維を送る三叉神経脊髄路核尾側亜核ニューロンのなかに、パルブアルブミン様、カルレチニン様、ないしカルビンディンD28K様免疫活性を示すものがあること、また、これらのなかに、痛覚刺激を与えると、c-Fos様免疫活性を発現するものがあることをラットで証明した。
