神経内分泌系の情動ストレス反応におけるNMDA受容体の役割

研究概要

1. バゾプレシン(VP)、オキシトシン(OT)およびプロラクチン(PRL)分泌系の条件恐怖反応におけるNMDA受容体、プリンP2受容体、ノルアドレナリン受容体の役割および麻酔下のラットにおけるオキシトシン分泌に対する条件味覚嫌悪刺激の学習付けに関する原著論文を発表した。
2. 成熟雄ラットを用いて、実験箱の環境刺激をフットショックに条件づける訓練を施し、翌日テスト刺激を加える30分前にNMDA受容体アンタゴニストのMK-801を両側の扁桃体外側基底核・中心核内に注入した。MK-801はVP、OTおよびPRL分泌系の条件恐怖反応を阻害しなかった。腹腔内投与したMK-801は条件恐怖反応の想起過程を阻害するので(Yagi et al,1998)、条件恐怖反応に関与するNMDA受容体の存在部位はこれらの扁桃体部位ではない。
3. 上行性ノルアドレナリンニューロンを含む延髄A2領域に注入したMK-801がVP、OTおよびPRL分泌系の条件恐怖反応の想起過程を阻害するかどうかをみる実験が進行中である。
