光学活性アレニルチタンの合成と親電子試薬との反応―反応機構と合成的展開―

研究概要	光学活性プロパルギルアルコール誘導体と2価チタンの反応で、光学活性アレニルチタンが収率良く得られることを見出した。反応は基質のアセチレン部位とチタンがπ-錯体を形成した後β-脱離が起こり、アレニルチタンを与えるが、脱離基がホスフェートの場合は、ほぼ完全なanti-脱離が、またアセテートの場合はほぼ完全なsyn-脱離で進行することが生成物の立体化学より明らかとなった。このようにして得たアレニルチタン化合物は、室温まで温度を上げてもラセミ化しないことを確認した。このようにして得られたアレニルチタンと各種親電子反応を行ったところ、プロトノリシス、ハロゲン化そしてBu_3SnClとの反応が立体選択的に起こることを見出した。それゆえ容易に入手しうる光学活性プロパルギルアルコールよりone-pot反応で光学活性アセチレン、プロパルギルハライドそしてプロパルギルスズを合成する道が拓かれた。さらに本知見をもとに光学活性なアセタールを脱離基とする2価チタン反応剤を用いるビス不飽和化合物のメタロエン型反応へと研究を発展させ、大きな成果を得ることができた。
