硅素―ジルコニウム結合を持つ有機金属錯体の有機合成への利用

研究概要	我々はこれまで金属―金属結合を持つ化合物の結合間の反応性に興味を持ちその有機合成への利用を目的として研究を続けてきた。昨年ケイ素―ジルコニウム結合の反応性に興味を持ち、研究を行ったところ極めて興味あることに、ジルコニウム―シレン錯体が形成していることがわかった。本年はその利用を考え、ジルコニウム―シレン錯体とジアリールアルキンから導かれるシラジルコナシクロペンテンの反応性について検討を加えた。まずtBuNCとの反応を試みEt_2O-HCIで後処理をさせたところイミノジルコニウム錯体が収率良く得られた。この構造はX線によって決定された。又その生成過程を^1H NMRによって追跡したところイミノシラジルコナシクロヘキセンの生成を確認することが出来た。一方イソニトルと等電子構造を持つ一酸化炭素を挿入させたところ予想外に転位を伴いシリスメチルケトン体が得られた。この結果は中間に生成するジルコニウム錯体に対して窒素又は酸素が強く配位するものと思われるが、酸素の強い配位力が転位をひき起こしたものと考えている。又シラジルコナシクロペンテンにCuCI_2を用いトランスメタル化を試み二個のアリル基が導入できることがわかった。この化合物に対してオレフィンメタセシスを試みケイ素を含む8員環化合物を合成することが出来た。
