ゼロエミッション化のためのネットワーク分散型生産プロセスデータベースの構築

研究概要	本研究の目的は,個々の生産プロセスに関して詳細な調査に基づいた原料投入、環境排出データベースを構築し、これに基づいて廃棄物の再投入先、需要、価格、再資源化のための変換プロセス等の情報を総合的に検索/提供する情報システムの開発を行うことである。さらに、このデータベースに基づいて現状の各生産プロセスの投入/排出ネットワークを分析し、廃棄物が有価物として取引された場合、現状ではコスト的にみあわない生産プロセスや再資源プロセスが導入可能であるか、あるいは、どのような生産プロセス、再資源プロセスを導入した場合に社会システム全体としての環境負荷が低減されるか、といったシナリオ分析を行うことである。このために、本年度は、以下の研究を行った。 (1)生産プロセスデータベースの構築のための基礎データの収集と分析 : 社会システム全体としてのゼロエミッション化を実現するために個々の生産プロセス間の有機的な結合を提案するデータベースを実現することが本研究の目的であるが、そのための基礎データとして、個々の生産プロセスに関する詳細な原料投入、廃棄物データ、各々の市場価格等の需給バランス、廃棄物を再資源化するための変換プロセスの有無、そのコスト等を収集する必要がある。計画初年度では、データベースのプロトタイプを構成するため、これらのデータの収集と分析を行った。 (2)生産プロセスデータベースのプロトタイプ構築 : (1)によって収集されたデータに基づき、プロダクションシステムや種々の組み合わせ最適化手法を用いて、最適な生産プロセス間ネットワーク、必要な変換プロセスの組み合わせやそのコスト等を分析するデータベースとシナリオ分析システムの構築を行った。
