研究概要	1.Gibbsの統計力学において、到達半径有限でRuellのsuper-stability条件を満たす2体ポテンシャルの場合、圧力関数が大数の法則によるビリアル表示を持つことを証明した。この表示は低密度展開のできる(したがって相転移がない)密度領域ではすでに知られていたが、密度についての制限なしで証明できたことは重要である。本研究で扱う主要なモデルのひとつである相互作用するブラウン粒子系の流体力学極限を得るのにこの表示が本質的な役割を果たすからである。 2.速度に比例する抵抗を受け2体間のポテンシャル力により相互作用する1次元古典粒子系のスケール極限はUchiyama(Scaling limit for a mechanical system of interacting particles I,II CMP(1996,1998))によって広いクラスのポテンシャル関数Uに対し解決された。Uが遠方で可積分でなく(本質的に遠距離作用)負羃の減衰であれば、極限において現われる巨視的方程式は局所的でない新しい型の発展方程式であるが、特異積分による非線形作用素を右辺に持つため、通常の方法が適用できない。この方程式について、初期値問題の解の存在と一意性、および解の伝播速度の有限性を証明し、さらに多孔質媒体中の流体の非線形拡散方程式におけるBarenblatt解に対応する解を見い出した。特にUが対数関数の時は Stieltjes変換を用いた解の具体的な表示を導き、それによって解の性質(滑らかさ;時間変数を大きくしたときの漸近挙動等)について精密な結果を得た(Uchiyama,A non-linear evolution equation driven by a logarithmic potential)。
