研究概要

本年度は、黄体細胞ならびに黄体内血管内皮細胞の機能ならびに各種生理活性物質のレセプター発現に及ぼす作用について検討し、以下のような知見を得た。
1.ウシ黄体でEstradiolo-17β(E2)が合成されていることを初めて明らかにするとともに、E2が黄体のPGF2αの合成促進因子であることを見いだした。
2.ウシ黄体の局所調節因子としてアラキドン酸カスケードの中のリポオキナーゼ化合物が関与していることを示唆した。
3.黄体由来の血管内皮細胞の増殖にHepato cyte growth factor(HGF)の関与していることを明らかにするとともに、血管内皮細胞にHGFならびにそのレセプターのmRNAが発現することから、黄体由来のHGFがオートクラインで血管内皮細胞の増殖に関与していることを示唆した。
4.ウシ黄体退行時の細胞死にFas/Fas Lの機構を介して経路の存在することを明らかにするとともに、そのFas/Fas Lを介した黄体の細胞死には免疫細胞由来のサイトカインの関与していることを示唆した。
1の成果はBiology of Reproduction誌に掲載され、2-4の成果はJournal of Reproduction and Development, Prostaglandins ＆ other Lipid MediatorsならびにBiology of Reproduction誌にそれぞれ掲載されることが決まっている。
また、本研究助成で得られた成果を4編の総説としてまとめた。
