研究概要	全身麻酔中に従来までの麻酔方法によってはいかにサイトカイン等による外科的ストレスにより引き起こされる炎症反応の状況をインフォームドコンセントのもとに外科手術患者より採血し,東京女子医科大学に平成8年度科学研究費補助金基盤研究(C)(課題番号08671772)により設置しましたcytokine測定・解析装置(日本インターメッド・Immuno Mini NJ-2201)を使用して、cytokine測定試薬キットにより綿密かつ正確に急性炎症応答物質として総称されていますサイトカイン群特に内因性炎症物質として既知の物質であるIL-1(a、a)、IL-6、TNFa、INFa、MIP-1(a、a)等を術中,術後計測し,その生理学的変動を明らかにした.その後全身麻酔中に外科的ストレスの加わる以前に,末梢からの炎症反応としてサイトカインの中枢伝達を遮断するとされるイブプロフェンをはじめとする非ステロイド性鎮痛薬を,また硬膜外麻酔を全身麻酔に併用することで,インフォームドコンセントのもとに外科手術患者へ投与して来ました.そして同様にcytokine測定・解析装置(日本インターメッド Immuno Mini NJ-2201)を使用して、cytokine測定試薬キットにより綿密かつ正確に急性炎症応答物質として総称されていますサイトカイン群特に内因性炎症物質として既知の物質であるIL-1(a、a)、IL-6、TNFa、INFa、MIP-1(a、a)等を術中,術後計測し,その生理学的変動を明らかにします.本年度は,硬膜外麻酔の全身麻酔への併用,イブプロフェンをはじめとする非ステロイド性鎮痛薬の有用性を検討して研究の結論を得た.
