金属材料の高温非弾性挙動に関連する各種データベースの構築とそれを用いた解析の検証

研究概要

1.応力-ひずみ線図の実験および文献による採取(井上,大野,今谷,猪狩,小川,上原);日本材料学会データベース研究分科会の作業と協同して,文献,資料および各機関が所有する実験データなどの調査を行い,ひずみが5%以下までの応力-ひずみ線図を,とくに温度とひずみ速度依存性に注目して収集した.
2.熱物性および弾性定数の調査(巨,岡村,生田):主として,応力-ひずみ線図のデータのある材料について,文献から比重,比熱,熱伝導率,また,弾性定数,線膨張率を調査,収集した.
3.相変態に関するデータの調査(吉田,岡村,生田):恒温変態線図(TTT),連続冷却変態線図(CCT)などデータの調査,収集を行った.
4.データベース構築システムの整備(井上,酒井,青砥,水野,上原):主として、Microsoft社のExcel(パソコン用)、およびサブとしてMSC社のデータベース構築システムMVISION(EWS用)を用いて,収集したデータの階層構造とツールの設計を行い,データが容易に蓄積・利用できるよう整備を行った.
5.データのデータベースツールへの移植とデータースの構築(井上,上原,巨):パソコン用ツールExcelを中心に,収集したデータの移植,蓄積作業を行い、データベースMATEQを構築した.
