近距離地震における構造物-地盤系の挙動に関する研究

研究概要

目的:
本研究は、近距離地震の特性を検討し、近距離地震が構造物-基礎-地盤系の応答に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることを目的とする3年間の研究であり、平成13年度はその3年目にあたる.
平成13年度においては、以下の項目について検討した。
1)地盤-構造物の相互作用を考慮した2次構造物の非線形応答解析.
2)構造物ならび2次構造物の現行の耐震設計基準の改訂に対する提言.
本研究の主な結果は以下の通りである.
地盤-構造物の相互作用を考慮した非線形解析から、特に柔構造物の場合、軟弱な地盤の影響を考慮すべきであることがわかった。なぜなら、鉛直方向の地震動を受けた場合、地盤が構造物の柱における鉛直方向の振動を強く増幅させ、それによって、2次構造物により強い励振力を引き起こすからである。
構造物や構造物に付随する2次構造物の適切な耐震設計のためには、強い近距離地震の水平方向と鉛直方向の地震動を同時に考慮するべきであることがわかった。なぜなら、励起された水平ならびに鉛直方向の振動モードの間には相互作用があり、それが構造物の部材力を大幅に増加させるからである。また、2次構造物の振動をより現実的に決定する場合にも、軟弱地盤の影響を考慮すべきであることがわかった。
