随意運動の維持と制止における大脳皮質の関与:脳磁場計測による検討

研究概要	随意運動の制御への大脳皮質の関与を明らかにする為に、以下の2つの課題の記録を全脳型脳磁図計にて行い、背景脳活動の変異を解析した。 1.右示指の伸展運動をすばやく行った場合(Phasic)と、伸展運動にひき続き等尺性収縮を2秒持続した場合(Phasic-tonic)の脳磁場を5名の正常被験者において全脳型脳磁図計にて記録した。20Hzの背景脳磁場活動は、等尺性筋収縮継続中は抑制され、筋収縮終了と同時に過同期化を示した。いずれの運動においても運動開始2-3秒前より運動対側において10Hz,20Hz帯域の背景脳磁場の脱同期化が始まり、1.5秒程度持続した後に10Hz帯域の脱同期化は回復した。20Hz帯域背景脳磁場の脱同期化は、筋収縮の持続中引き続き認められ、tonic movementの終了時と共に同期化を開始し、500ms後に過同期の頂点を認めた。Phasic movernent後に認められる20Hzの過同期化も筋収縮終了時点に一致し始まっていた。 2.赤色(持続6-8秒)と青色(持続2-3秒)が一ヶ所で交互に持続点灯するLEDを注視し、青色の点灯期間中のみ右示指の伸展状態を保持する課題を健常被験者4名に課した。持続点灯した赤色LEDを固視し、間隔8秒以上の自らのペースで右示指伸展状態を2-3秒間続ける運動を対照とした。対側中心部における10Hz背景脳活動の運動前脱同期化の完成には、自発運動時では2,3秒、反応課題では500ミリ秒以内と所要時間は異なったが、最終的な脱同期化は同程度であった。運動持続時の20Hz背景脳活動には、両者に差は認められなかった。 10Hz帯域の背景脳活動は主に運動準備に関与し、20Hz帯域は運動の維持に関与していると推察される。
