研究概要	本研究は,ASEAN諸国に現地工場を持つ自動車製造業を対象に相互補完生産システムの実情を聞き取り調査し,ASEAN諸国のわが国現地企業を対象に生産・在庫・物流に関する実情を聞き取り調査して,(1)アジアの通貨・経済危機が,わが国自動車製造業のASEAN諸国での現地生産に及ぼした影響を把握すること,(2)アジアカー構想と部品の相互補完生産の実情と課題を把握し,グローバルシステムとしての販売・生産・在庫・物流情報システムを設計すること,を目的とするものである.これらの目的を達成するために,わが国自動車製造業がASEAN諸国で構築している相互補完生産システムの実情及び課題を調査し,販売・生産・在庫・物流情報システム構築の観点から,次の方法で研究を進めた.(1)相互補完生産を行っている国内の自動車製造企業及び海外の自動車及び自動車部品製造企業を対象に,販売・生産・在庫・物流に関する現地調査を行い,相互補完生産システムの実情及び課題を把握した.(2)相互補完生産システムの情報及び物の流れをもとに,ASEAN域内における生産拠点の配置に関する数式モデルを構築して理論的解析を試みた.(3)相互補完生産システムを販売・生産・在庫・物流に関する多段階システムと把握して,物流拠点の配置を含めた生産・輸送指示に関する数式モデルを構築して理論的解析を行った.(4)相互補完生産システムの構成品の輸送方法に関する理論的考察を行った.以上の研究で得られた成果を国内外の学会で報告するとともに学術雑誌に投稿した.
