日米欧の技術・経済の内生化プロセスの比較分析

研究概要	本研究は、技術革新の内生化プロセスを明らかにすることを目的に学際的アプローチの下で精密な数学的モデルの開発と実証データの収集・解析の両輪により、日米欧の国際共同研究を行ってきた。本年度は、3年間の研究の最終年度であり、昨年度までの分析結果の比較・評価検証を通じて、技術革新の内生化プロセスを表現する数学的モデルを体系化し、これまでの研究で収集した多くの実証データを用いてその有効性を確認した。具体的には以下の通り。 1 技術スピルオーバーおよび最適研究開発投資分析昨年度までの実証分析によって明らかになった技術革新の内生化プロセスにおける技術スピルオーバーの重要性を踏まえて、それらを組み込んだ数学的モデルを構築した。また本モデルを一般的な場合に適用可能な形に拡張し、研究開発投資の意思決定に応用可能なソフトウェアを開発した。 2 企業ガバナンス分析技術革新の内生化プロセスにはその背後の社会経済システム、制度・体制が影響を与える。従って研究開発の主たる実施主体である企業について、企業内におけるガバナンスの影響が研究開発投資の意思決定にどのような影響を及ぼすのかを実証的に分析し、日本企業についてはガバナンスの良否が研究開発投資の過剰/不足の要因になっていることを明らかにした。 3 技術普及プロセス分析技術革新の内生化プロセスの重要な一ステップである技術の普及過程について、従来の潜在需要固定型の普及プロセスではなく、需要拡大を伴う機能創出型の普及プロセスモデルを構築した。また本モデルが、ハイテク産業などの需要が急増している分野において現実のデータをより良く説明することを実証した。
