超高磁場装置による拡散磁気共鳴スペクトル画像法を用いた脳内在性アミノ酸動態解析

研究概要	目標は超高磁場装置による拡散磁気共鳴スペクトル画像法を用いた脳内在性アミノ酸動態解析を確立することである。MRS法の持つ非侵襲的に生体からアミノ酸を測定する能力に、超高磁場磁気共鳴装置を用いてアミノ酸の拡散・緩和時間・化学反応時間などの情報を付加して実用的レベルで測定方法を確立し、動態を明らかにすることを目標としている。今回立案した超高磁場装置による拡散磁気共鳴スペクトル画像法を実現するために、これまでに開発・実用化してきた磁気共鳴スペクトル画像法の改善を実験用装置を用いてはかった。これまでに実用化してきたSE法・GRE法を含めて総合的な最適化を図った。これらを超高磁場装置においても実用的なものとするため、基礎的な検討を現有する実験用装置で行った。MRS法としては高速化が望まれるものの、超高速画像法の応用であるEPI-CSI法やGRE法を用いた方法における拡散測定は現状では問題点も多く、SE法を用いた拡散測定が合理的であろうと考えられた。さらに、測定条件異なる装置での処理ソフトウェアーの開発・移植を同時並行的に行って、超高磁場装置に移植する方法を検討した。超高磁場装置ではSpin Echo法を用いて、超高磁場人体用装置による測定を行った。これにより、超高磁場装置とこれまでの臨床用装置の能力の比較を行い、超高磁場装置の測定能力の確認を行った。この結果、次年度の研究遂行に必要な能力を備えていることを確認しており、引き続き研究を遂行していく予定である。
