ヒト粘膜下層を用いた浸潤能の測定系の開発

研究概要	ヒト胃癌手術時の摘出標本から正常粘膜下層を採取し、トランスウェルチャウバーのmicroporeフィルターの代わりに、この粘膜下層を接着させ浸潤能をアッセイする系を確立した。上記の系に胃癌細胞株であるMKN45、MKN74およびKATOIIIを用いて、各々の浸潤能を測定したところ、MNK45とKATOIIIは培養3日目に粘膜下層内へ浸潤していることが確認された。現在、浸潤能に関与すると考えられる遺伝子を導入した細胞株を樹立し、上記系でのアッセイを試みている。
