抗原非特異的分子による情報伝達制御

研究概要	抗原受容体を介する第1シグナルにより抗原特異的に選択されたリンパ球クローンの運命、すなわち、細胞増殖、機能分化、死、は第1シグナルと、サイトカイン等の抗原非特異的分子の受容体を介する第2シグナルとのクロストークにより決定される。このような抗原非特異的シグナルに関与するサイトカイン、ケモカイン、補助受容体、接着分子、細胞死に関与する分子とその受容体の構造と機能や細胞内情報伝達機構を分子レベルで解明すると共に、生体内でのこれら分子の免疫応答や免疫臓器構築における役割とその異常によって生じる各種の自己免疫疾患の発症機構を明らかにすることを目的とする。この目的のために以下の3計画班をおく。計画研究ア:サイトカイン、接着分子の情報伝達制御計画研究イ:ケモカインの情報伝達制御計画研究ウ:アポトーシスの情報伝達制御本調整班の目的は上記3つの計画研究の研究者が密な連携をもって、相補的に、また相互活性化しながら、研究を推進するように、研究打ち合わせ会議の開催、研究資材の交換、共通な研究支援体制の確立など、時機をえた柔軟な活動を行うことである。このために、平成14年7月8日と平成15年2月21日に調整班会議を開催し、各研究計画に対する相互助言、討論会を行った。又、各計画研究がスムースに行われるように、全体に共通する研究方法の条件設定を行うとともに、これらに必要な試薬などの一括購入を行った。平成15年2月20日〜23日には、総括班主催で国際免疫シンポジウムを開催した。本シンポジウム開催のために、プログラムの立案などを含めて種々の協力を行った。
