研究概要	シナプスに存在するチロシンリン酸化酵素Fynを欠損したマウスでは、脳の形成と機能の異常が認められた。本年度は、行動異常の解析が更に進み、サーカディアンリズム、学習速度、攻撃行動について新たな発見があった。また、シナプスでFynと結合する分子群であるCNRの解析を行った結果、マウス脳発達過程において、CNRのmRNA中に突然変異の蓄積がおこることを明らかにした。このCNRファミリー遺伝子が染色体上で可変領域と定常領域からなる免疫グロブリンやT細胞受容体とよく似たゲノム構造をとることを考えた時、この体細胞レベルでの突然変異蓄積による多様化分子機構は興味深いものがある。
