ポルフィリンを用いた分子磁石および光エネルギー変換機能の発現

研究概要	1.分子磁性を示す種々の電荷移動型錯体(鉄ポルフィリン-TCNE、ガドリニウムフタロシアニン-TCNQ、マンガンポルフィリン-DCNQI)の合成研究を行い、構造と磁性の関係について知見を得た。また、分子磁性材料となりうる新規ポルフィリンの合成も行った。 2.光エネルギー変換材料に向けて、これまでに知られている最長の電荷分離状態寿命を持つ4つ組分子の開発に成功した。また、光エネルギー変換効率を高めるためには、球状に分子を集合化することおよび光捕集分子と光エネルギー変換分子とを混在させることがよいことを見出した。 3.ゲスト部位を同一分子内に有する完全メチル化シクロデキストリン(CD)の自己集合の検討により、環状5量体の生成を見出し、その単離にも成功した。この知見は、疎水場における分子の特性を明らかにする上で重要なものであり、今後、CD内疎水場を利用した光誘起電子移動を構築する上で大きな指針となりうる。
