研究概要	1.pH変化によるミセル-ベシクル転移の実現(業績欄1) オレイルジメチルアミンオキシド(O1DAO)が半プロトン化状態でベシクルを形成することを見いだした。このpHによるミセル-ベシクル転移が自発的かつ可逆的であることを示した。この転移は迅速であり、ベシクルは2時問程度で形成される。この転移は、粘弾性では紐状ミセルの絡み合いに対応する単一Maxwell型の挙動から、ゲル的な挙動への変化に対応する。 2.固体表面のC14DAO吸着膜のpHによる構造転移(業績欄2) 2-1.マイカ(雲母)表面にテトラデシルジメチルアミンオキシド(C14DAO)を溶液から吸着させた。凝集体は非イオンではヘミミセル状であったが、半中和及びカチオン性では二分子膜を形成した。半中和状態の二分子膜はC16TMABrのそれよりも強い凝集力を示し、極性基間の水素結合を示唆した。 2-2.グラファイト(黒鉛)表面のC14DAO吸着膜はイオン化度に依存せず、ヘミミセルを形成した。これは固体表面の効果が支配的であることを示している。 3.アルキルジメチルアミンオキシド(CnDAO)/水系の溶解温度(投稿中)C16DAO、C14DAO、C18DAOの溶解温度を決定した。C16DAOでは、溶解温度は半等量プロトン化で最高を示した。水素結合による1:1複合体形成を示す。この複合体は非イオン種ともカチオン種とも固溶体を形成することを固相の分析及び溶解度曲線の形状から結論した。固相はゲル相であり、塩効果は小さい。アニーリングにより、ゲル相は準安定相であり、安定なコアゲル相に移行した。溶解エンタルピー、エントロピーのアルキル鎖長依存性はカチオン種の方が半等量プロトン化種よりも大きかった。後者のミセル中に規則性が残っていることを示唆する。 4.アミンオキシドの水素イオンの滴定(発表欄6)O1DAOおよび極性基の異なるジヒドロキシエチルアミンオキシドについて、水素イオン滴定を行った。前者において、紐ミセルとベシクル共存の特徴は滴定曲線では現れなかった。低イオン化度における異常が従来の構造転移説では誤りであり、単にブランク補正の不正確な結果であることを結論できた。 5.オレイン酸/オレイン酸カリウム(KOI)混合系では、2:3の組成の酸性石鹸が存在することを見いだした。叉KOIの異方性液晶から等方性ミセル溶液への転移を偏光顕微鏡観察により、同定を確認した。 6.疎水性対イオンによるテトラデシルジメチルアミンオキシド(C14DAO)の構造形成は、カチオン種では結晶析出のみであり、他のカチオン姓ミセルとは異なる。半中和状態ではベシクル形成を見いだした。また、結晶に疎水性対イオンが過剰に結合して、電荷符号が反転して再溶解が起こりベシクルが形成した。
