研究概要	1.pH変化によるミセルーベシクル転移(業績欄1) オレイルジメチルアミンオキシド(O1DMAO)のpHによるミセル-ベシクル転移が自発的かつ可逆的であることを昨年度示したが、無添加塩系では、常にミセルとベシクルが共存していた。今年度は、添加塩として10mMNaCl中でのpHによるミセル-ベシクル転移を調べた。途中のイオン化状態(0.3)では結合網目が明僚に観測された。そして0.4ではミセルとベシクルが共存し、0.5ではベシクルのみの系が実現した。従って、ミセルとベシクルの二状態間の相転移ではなく、イオン化度の増加とともに、曲率(充填因子)が連続的に変化する過程であることが結論できた。 2.疎水性対イオンによる構造形成 C14DMAOのカチオン状態と半等量プロトン化状態において、2-ヒドロキシナフタレンスルフォン酸(NphS)のNa塩との相互作用を調べた。その結果、炭素鎖長14であるにも拘わらず、他の炭素鎖長16のカチオン性界面活性剤よりも曲率の小さい構造(ラメラ、ベシクル)が形成された。これはラメラにおいて極性基間に水素結合などの引力的相互作用により充填因子が増大した結果と考えられ、アミンオキシドに特徴的な現象である。 3.グラファイト/溶液界面の凝集体構造 C12DMAOのグラファイト表面への液相吸着により、非イオン種ではヘミミセルが生成したが半等量プロトン化状態では単分子膜となり、pHによる構造転移が観測された。 4.アルキルジメチルアミンオキシド(CnDMAO)/オレイン酸ナトリウム(NaOl)系の分散状態と複合体形成 n=16,14,12,10,8,6の非イオン種CnDMAOとNaOlの等モル混合物の溶液のpHを低下させたときの相分離を調べた。いづれの場合もある臨界pH(pH_c)において相分離が起こった。この臨界pH(pH_c)はn=10において最小を示した。この挙動は形成される複合体が、nが10以上と8以下では異なることによると結論した。nが10以上の場合は、catanionic複合体が形成される。他方、nが8以下になると酸性石鹸が形成される。この場合、catanionic複合体も形成される。 5.イオン/非イオン混合ミセルのコリンーハーキンス係数の電荷密度依存性(業績欄3)他の混合ミセルでは実行困難なcmcにおけるミセル組成の制御をアミンオキシドの特徴をいかして可能にした。その結果、低電荷密度まで、CH係数とイオンと対イオン結合度は一致することを実験的に初めて示すことに成功した。 6.イオン性/非イオン性混合ミセルの対イオン結合度のミセル組成依存性の理論(業績欄4)イオン性ミセルの対イオン結合度が既知の場合、そのミセルに非イオン種が混合した場合の対イオン結合度の変化を表す解析式を導いた。この式は12種の報告例を良く記述できた。
