2価チタン反応剤を用いる実用的精密有機合成反応

研究概要

Ti(O-i-Pr)_4と2当量のi-PrMgX(X=Cl or Br)の反応で得られる(η^2-propene) Ti(O-i-Pr)_2が2価チタンTi(O-i-Pr)_2の等価体として働くことを見出し、またその後の研究で、このチタン錯体が高い反応性を示し、有機合成反応剤として大きな可能性を有していることを明らかにしてきている。本研究ではこの2価チタンの化学をさらに発展させ、多置換芳香族化合物、ナノ材料として興味深い共役オリゴマーの合成法を確立することを目的とした。その結果、1)2種類のアセチレンとの選択的反応によって得られるチタナシクロペンタジエンと脱離基を有するアセチレンおよびニトリルを反応させ、ディールズ・アルダー型環化反応つづいての脱離基の脱離により芳香族チタン化合物を発生させることに成功した。
2)2種類のアセチレンから得たチタナシクロペンタジエンとI_2の反応によって得られる1,4-ジヨード1,3-ブタジエン生成物中の異なった環境にある2つのヨウ化ビニル部位の反応性の違いを利用し、多置換共役ジエンおよびナノ材料として興味を持たれている共役オリゴマーの合成に成功した。
