平均曲率一定曲面の指数の評価と離散的平均曲率一定曲面の存在、分類、指数について

研究概要	今年度は次の五つの研究を行った。 1)去年、ドイツでDorfmeister氏、Pedit氏、Wu氏、Bobenko氏と会い、DPWという方法についての研究を始めた。今年、アメリカで三回、日本で一回、Schmitt氏、Kilian氏、Pedit氏と会い、現在、3次元ユークリッド空間内と、3次元双曲空間内と3次元球面内のはめ込まれた平均曲率一定trinoidとbubbletonという曲面の存在について、DPWの方法で研究を続けている。特に、その曲面のperiodicityとエンドの性質を調べている。神戸大学の大学院生小林真平氏もこの研究のプロジェクトに入っている。この研究は以下の3)とよく関係がある。 2)K.Polthier氏の協力を得て、variationalなアプローチにより離散的な平均曲率一定曲面を考えた。離散的な平均曲率一定曲面の指数評価を求め、それを用いて連続的な平均曲率一定曲面の指数評価を行った。それについて論文を書いた(すでに受理されている)。 3)3次元ユークリッド空間内と3次元双曲空間内の平均曲率一定曲面の存在と一意性と指数の研究を続けた。Pierre Berard氏、Levi Lima氏と一緒に、コンパクトではない例に対しての指数のgrowthについての論文を投稿し、受理された(すでに受理されている)。また、平均曲率一定のWente曲面の指数について論文を投稿した(すでに受理されている)。 4)梅原氏、山田氏と一緒に、双曲空間内の小さい全曲率を持つ平均曲率一定で1となる曲面の分類について、四つの論文を書いた(一つは、すでに出版された)。ユークリッド空間内の極小曲面と双曲空間内の平均曲率一定で1の曲面の関係についてのsurveyの論文を単著で書いた(すでに出版された)。 5)多様体のラプラシアンのdiscrete spectrumとWeylの漸近公式について、研究をした。特に、完備ではない例について考えた。この研究は平均曲率一定曲面の研究に応用がある。それについて、Jun Masamune氏と一緒に論文を出版した。
