研究概要

(1)完全非線形一様楕円型方程式で係数に連続性がない場合にはCaffarelli等の研究では、一階導関数が一次増大度の非線形項しか扱われていなかったが、高橋氏との共同研究において、一次以上(二次未満)の増大度の場合も粘性解のヘルダー連続性評価をそのL^∞評価を仮定して得た。
(2)(1)では、二次の増大度は扱えなかったが、応用上重要な二次の増大度に対し、Swiech氏との共同研究で以下の結果を得た。(二次以上の増大度の場合は解の存在が一般に成り立たないので、二次が臨界増大度である。)
(A)一般に最大値原理が成立しない例を挙げた。(B)南雲条件に対応する条件下で最大値原理を証明し、L^P粘性解のL^∞評価を得た。(C)(B)の条件下で、ヘルダー連続性の評価を得た(D)(B)の条件下で、L^P粘性解のディリクレ境界値問題の存在定理を示した。
(3)森本氏との共同研究で、数理ファイナンスに現れる非線形偏微分方程式の障害問題(変分不等式に現れるオブスタクル問題)の粘性解の十分高い微分可能性を求め、最適ポリシーを構成した。具体的には、預金の一部を株に投資し、得た資金で事業収益をあげるが、事業を停止することも視野に入れたHARA効用関数の最適化を行った。
(A)無限遠方で増大する解が期待されるので、適切なBanach空間を設定し、縮小写像の原理を適用し、まず、ペナルティー項をもった近似方程式の解の存在を示す。(B)ベルンシュタインの方法のまったく新しい用い方をすることにより、(A)の近似解のW^<2,∞>局所評価を得、伊藤の公式の一次元版を応用して最適ポリシーを構成した。
