構造化人口動態学の数学的理論と応用に関する研究

研究概要	稲葉は固着性海洋性無脊椎動物の人口動態に関して提唱されたロフガーデン、巌佐、バクスターモデルに死亡率のサイズ依存性を導入した非線形モデルを定式化して、その正値解の存在と一意性、定常解の安定性の条件を示した。また定着初期のサイズ成長が非常に小さい場合に、定常解が不安定化しうることを数学的に明らかにした。さらに神岡勝見との共同研究によって、プランクトンの人口動態をも考慮した非線形モデルを定式化して、定常解の安定性の条件を示した。また年齢構造をもつ人口におけるエイズ流行の数理モデルの定式化と解析をおこない、閾値条件が満たされない場合においても流行が持続する定常解が存在することを示した。さらにフレデリクソンによる年齢構造をもつ両性人口モデルをバナッハ空間における半線形コーシー問題として定式化して、半群解を構成するとともに、指数関数的成長解の存在を示した。これまでの数理人口学的研究をまとめた著書「数理人口学」を刊行した。梯は性感染症の数理モデルについて整理し、特に性感染症のペア形成モデルについて、性的活動度の違うグループを設定した場合の系の挙動の特徴について分析した。また性行為感染症の個人ベースモデルを作成し、性感染症の流行のシミュレーションを行った。特に、コンドームの使用率と早期受診の効果について分析した。また性、年齢別のSTD罹患率データ(全国8道県)を使用し、性・年齢構造の入ったモデルの平衡状態での有病率のパターンと比較した。中澤はソロモン諸島におけるフィールドサーベイを続行するとともに、日本人口学会に協力して「人口大事典」の編集執筆をおこなった。
