ナヴィア・ストークス方程式の弱解のエネルギー不等式の精密化と部分正則性の研究

研究概要	非圧縮性流体の運動を記述するナヴィア・ストークス方程式に対する研究は、長い歴史があるが、現在に至っても未解決な部分が多い。特に、弱解の正則性・一意性については、部分的な解決がなされているに過ぎない。弱解とは、方程式をある弱い意味で満たす解の事で、その為、解が滑らかでない部分が存在しうる。解が滑らかであれば、エネルギーは時間変数について保存される。ある弱解に関しては、エネルギーの非増大性は示されるが、保存されるか否かは、分かっていない。これは、エネルギー不等式と呼ばれる。エネルギー保存されない理由は、弱解に対しては、運動エネルギーの時間に関する導関数の可積分性を示す事が出来ない為である。これは、導関数が時間という「測度」に関して特異な測度である事を示唆する。特異な部分の「積分」に相当する量を考慮に入れなければ、エネルギーの消失は避けられない。離散的勾配流と呼ばれる方法で構成した弱解は、ある時刻と初期時刻におけるエネルギーの差を時間に関する分数冪時間微分を用いて下から評価出来る事がわかる。これは、従来のエネルギー不等式には含まれない項である。本研究では、解の構成法に依らずに、エネルギー不等式の精密化が行えないか、考察した。より正確には、エネルギーの減少を補正する項は、弱解を2乗可積分な関数からなる空間に値を時間の関数と考えたとき、時間に関するニコルスキーの意味での1/2階の分数冪差分の極限と関連することを昨年までに明らかにした。この極限が0に収束すること、または、収束の速さにある仮定を設けると、補正項付きのエネルギー等式が成り立つ事が示された。更に、分数冪差分の極限の存在を仮定しなくても、別の表現を持つ補正項付きのエネルギー等式が成り立つ事が示された。表現の差は、極限をとる際の位相の差に反映される。
