溶存状態下における生体関連分子の微視的構造解析

研究概要	溶存状態下における生体関連分子の水和構造を部分分布関数レベルで明らかにする目的で、本研究では以下の溶液系について構造解析を実施した。 1.^<14>N/^<15>NおよびH/D同位体置換法中性子回折による8mol%塩化アンモニウム水溶液の構造解析 2.^<14>N/^<15>NおよびH/D同位体置換法中性子回折による15mol%尿素水溶液の構造解析 3.^<14>N/^<15>NおよびH/D同位体置換法中性子回折による3mol%アラニン水溶液の構造解析 4.^<14>N/^<15>NおよびH/D同位体置換法中性子回折による酸性およびアルカリ性2mol%グリシン水溶液の構造解析 5.X線および中性子回折による8mol%酢酸ナトリウム水溶液の構造解析以上の研究により、生体分子を構成する主要な官能基である、アミノ基およびカルボキシル基周囲の最近接水分子の水和構造に関する新しい詳細な知見を得ることができた。さらに、グリシン分子のメチル基周囲の水和構造に関する知見を得ることができた。高い統計精度のX繰回折データを短時間で取得でき、かつ既存のθ-θ型X線回折計に装着可能なイメージングプレートホルダーを設計、製作した。 KCl、NaCl等標準粉末結晶試料のデータを基に、装置パラメータの決定を行ない、液体標準試料としてH_2Oの測定を完了した。現在、データ解析プログラムの整備を行なっている。
