回路シミュレータ作製のためのアルゴリズム構築に関する研究

研究概要	汎用性のある回路シミュレータの開発を目的として研究を行った結果、次のような先進的なアルゴリズムを考案することが出来た。まず、解曲線追跡法に基づいたニュートンホモトピー法である。これにより回路解析するとき回路方程式を誘導することなく、解曲線を追跡して、複数個の解を持つような電子回路の解を簡単に求めることが出来た。さらに、初期値は任意に設定できるので、回路の解析以外に非線形代数方程式の求解にも適応し数例の解が分かっているような方程式を解析し実証することが出来た。さらには全解探索にも応用していく方針である。なおこれらはすべてSPICEシミュレーターに等価回路として組み込まれ、簡単な操作でシミュレーションすることが出来るようにして、汎用的なシステムとして構築した。この成果はIEEE computer-Aided Design, Vol. March, 2002.に掲載されることになっている。つぎに、伝送線路解析について新たな手法を開発することが出来た。これは伝送線路を集中定数回路の漸近的な等価回路で近似的に実現しようというものである。これは伝送線路のアドミッタンスまたはインピーダンスを正確な極と留数を求めることにより部分分数に展開し、それらの各項を等価な集中定数回路で置き換えたのち、原点から近い順に有限個の項を採用し、それらを接続して合成しようというものである。これによって構築された伝送線路モデルは、さまざまな回路において伝送線路を考慮した回路解析を行うことでその有用性を実証した。それらは伝送線路パーツという形でSPICEシミュレータに簡単に組み込むことに成功し、簡単に利用できるように拡張することが出来た。このように、本研究においていくつかの優れたアルゴリズムを考案し、SPICEに組み込むことで汎用性のある回路シミュレータを開発することが出来た。
