新規ポリエン類の構築とその光環化反応に関する研究

研究概要

著者はポリエン構築法としてβ-アルコキシアルケニルリチウムを用いる方法を選択した。この方法はアルケニルリチウムにアルデヒドやケトン類を反応させて、アリルアルコールとした後に酸で加水分解するという非常に簡単な反応であり、目的のホルミル化やアシル化生成物が良好な収率と立体選択性で得られることが分かった。この方法の利点は反応後にホルミル基やアシル基がまた残ってくるために、タンデムな反応が期待できることであり、著者はこの方法を利用して新しいヘプタ-2,4,6-トリエナール類の構築にも成功し、その光反応において非常に興味ある反応も見出すことができた。1)α-スルフェニル-β-アルコキシ-β-ペルフルオロアルキルアルケニルリチウムを用いたアルデヒド類のペルフルオロアシル化反応を見出すことができた。この反応は今までその合成が困難であり、一般的な合成法のなかったα,β-不飽和トリフルオロメチルケトンの簡便な合成法となった。2)さらに、著者はビニルセレニドを用いた脱セレンタイプのより利用価値の高いアシル化反応を見出すことができた。しかし、そのタンデム反応は目的のジエン化合物ではなく、4,6-ジペルフルオロアルキル-2H-ピラン誘導体を高収率で与えることが分かった。3)著者はポリエン構築のために有用なα-シアノホルミル化を検討した。シアノ基は強い電子求引能を持ち、さらに立体的に小さな分子であることからポリエン内に導入した際にその立体的な影響が少ないと考えられた。この方法によって2-シアノ-4,6-ビス(フェニルスルフェニル)ヘプタ-2,4,6-トリエナールなどヘプタトリエナール上に電子求引基を導入することに成功した。これらトリエナール類は光に対して高い反応性を示し、オキサビシクロ環化合物を与えることも分かった。
