視床枕核-頭頂連合野投射の解剖及び機能に関する研究

研究概要	麻酔下で、サルの頭頂間溝周囲の種々の領野の皮質表面と、表面より2.5〜3.0mmの皮質深部に、大脳皮質フィールド電位記録のための慢性記録電極を設置した。回復後、タングステン電極を視床及び、帯状回の各所に刺入し、微小電気刺激を行い、誘発された大脳皮質フィールド電位を解析した。帯状同-視床-頭頂連合野投射を電気生理学的に検索するため、まず、帯状回刺激により頭頂連合野に誘発される大脳皮質フィールド電位を記録した。この結果、後部帯状回(Brodmann23野)の刺激により、視床刺激の場合と同様の表面陰性-深部陽生電位(浅層性視床大脳皮質応答)が頭頂間溝周囲に引き起こされることが判明した。後部帯状回の中でも、吻側部の刺激で頭頂間溝の前壁側に、尾側部の刺激で後壁側に電位が分布する傾向が認められた。また、後部帯状回の刺激部位が背側になるほど、頭頂間溝周囲での電位はより腹側に分布した。この電位は対側半球の頭頂間溝周囲の皮質では記録されなかったので、脳梁への電流滑走により交連線維が刺激されて生じたものではないと考えられた。視床での中継を確認するため、帯状回刺激の場合とほぼ同じ分布の電位を頭頂間溝周囲に誘発する視床部位を同定し、この部位にリドカインを注入して、帯状回刺激による電位の変化を観察した。しかし、30%程度の振幅の減少が認められた場合があったが、消失することはなく、視床での中継を確証することはできなかった。実験終了後、視床内の刺激電極のトラックを再構成し、視床-頭頂連合野投射の局在について検討した。視床枕核より頭頂間溝周囲の皮質に浅層性視床大脳皮質投射が存在すること、そして、視床枕核内側部が頭頂間溝後壁と下頭頂小葉に、視床枕核外側部が頭頂間溝周囲の広い範囲に投射していることが明らかとなり、前年度の実験結果が確認された。
