高周期14族元素不飽和環状化合物の合成、構造および反応性

研究概要

ジクロロゲルミレン・ジオキサン錯体とトリ-t-ブチルシリルナトリウムのワンポット反応でゲルマニウム不飽和3員環化合物シクロトリゲルメンが生成する機構を捕捉実験およびNMRによる直接的な反応追跡を組み合わせて詳細に解析し、ゲルミレノイド、ジゲルメノイド、ジゲルメン、シクロトリゲルマンを反応性中間体とする多段階の反応で生成することを明らかにした。
また、^tBu_2MeSi基を置換基とするジクロロゲルマンとトリブロモシランを還元的に縮合することでケイ素=ケイ素二重結合を含む不飽和3員環化合物1-ジシラゲルミレンの合成に成功し、さらに熱または光化学的にケイ素=ゲルマニウム二重結合を含む異性体2-ジシラゲルミレンを与えることも明らかにした。また、二つのジシラゲルミレンの高周期14族元素間の二重結合はいずれもシスベント型に折れ曲がっていることも明らかにした。
既に合成に成功していた^tBu_2MeSi基を置換基とするケイ素不飽和3員環化合物シクロトリシレンをトリエチルシリルカチオン・ベンゼン錯体と反応させることで、飽和ケイ素上の^tBu_2MeSi基の脱メチル化、環拡大を経て、ケイ素カチオン種シクロテトラシレニリウムイオンが生成することを見い出した。X線結晶構造解析の結果、シクロテトラシレニリウムイオンは1,3位のケイ素原子間に結合性相互作用が存在する2π電子系ホモ芳香族化学種であり、対アニオンや溶媒分子との相互作用のないフリーなシリルカチオンであることを明らかにした。
