研究概要

・北大で観測された資源環境データの保存・公開のため「Web-XML分散資源環境データベースシステム」をRDBMS, Web, XML, Java技術を統合し開発した.(金井,田中,斎藤,飯田,谷,岸浪)
・従来国内サービスが行われていなかった,GMS半球観測データのリアルタイムな数値データ提供が可能な「北大ひまわりサーバー」を開発した.(谷,矢沢,金井)
・環境資源データの流通性・再利用性を高めるため,ISO19000準拠のUML/XML/Java 3階層資源環境シミュレーション開発方法論を提案し,海洋生態系シミュレーションへ応用した.(田中・斎藤・岸浪)
・3次元Wavelet変換による衛星リモートセンシング時系列画像のデータ圧縮,およびベクトル型地理情報データの改ざん防止・著作権保護のための電子透かし技術を開発した.(金井)
・過去30年間の北海道周辺海域の海洋環境情報(水温,海流・暖・冷水渦,海面高度)の経年・季節変化が,スルメイカ,ヤリイカ,スケトウダラの資源動向に与える影響を解析した.(山内・桜井泰憲)
・日本海スケトウダラ音響資源調査のデータベースを構築し,50m層ごとの相対生物量の平面分布と鉛直断面分布を推定する手法を開発し,資源量分布の3次元解析および来遊量予測を行った。(飯田)
・海面温度、クロロフィルなどの衛星データと、夜間可視画像や漁獲統計データを用いて水産海洋GISを構築し,また沿岸域モニタリングシステムのオンライン化を図った。(斎藤)
・石狩泥炭地内の小湖沼を保全するための基礎として,COD, SSなどの水質環境調査を行い,湖沼周辺農地を水田として利用継続することが水質保全に有効であることが明らかになった.(矢沢)
・作物収量予測のため,農地の日射・気温に関して衛星データを用いて地上実測値との関係を解析する方法を開発した.(谷)
・大豆およびてん菜圃場でトラクタを走行させながら撮影したVTR画像から,乾物量や草丈のマップ,生長速度マップを画像処理により測定可能な手法を開発した.(端)
・画像処理による土壌水分,雑草繁茂状況,作物生育状況,収量などの測定法を開発した.群落表面温度と土壌の水ポテンシャル・蒸散速度・作物間の水ストレス感受性の解析手法を開発した(長谷川)
・医療計画の立案と評価のための医療資源を調査し、GIS、適正配置分析法を応用した評価を行った。また遠隔医療における画像伝送などの情報技術の応用と,その問題点を調査した。(櫻井恒太郎)
・総合水資源管理に必要な水資源関連情報と各種モデル(流出,河川,地下水,輸送,質変換,需要構造,経済・財政モデル,リスク評価)を構成するデータならびにモデル要素を明らかにした.(船水)
