bowl型分子キャビティを活用した新規な複合反応系の開発

研究概要	通常であれば即座に反応してしまうような試剤の対、たとえば酸と塩基、酸化剤と還元剤などを同一系中に存在させられるような反応系が開発されれば、有機合成反応の可能性を大きく拡げることができると考えられる。本研究では、高反応性反応中間体の安定化のために独自に開発したbowl型分子を活用して、従来は共存が困難であった複数の試剤を含む複合反応系を構築し、新たな合成反応を開発することを目的として検討を行った。まずbowl型Lewis酸試剤および塩基試剤の合成、およびそれらの共存可能性について検討した。Lewis酸試剤として、m-テルフェニル骨格に基づくbowl型置換基(Bmt基)を有するモノアルコキシアランBmtOAlMe_2(1)を安定な結晶として合成・単離した。X線構造解析の結果、1は結晶中では二量体構造をとることがわかったが、温度可変NMR測定より溶液中では会合することなく単量体で存在していることが示唆された。また、1はスチレンオキシドをフェニルアセトアルデヒドへと選択的に変換でき、Lewis酸試剤として十分な反応性を有することがわかった。次に、塩基試剤としてBmt基を有する三級アミンBmtNMe_2(2)を合成し、1と重トルエン中で混合したところ、^lHNMRで両者のシフト値に変化は見られず、1と2が溶液中で相互作用することなく共存できることが明らかとなった。次いで、bowl型試剤の複合系を用いた合成反応の開発の一環として、エーテル基質からのアルコールのβ-脱離によるオレフィン生成反応への応用について検討した。メチルフェネチルエーテルを基質として1と2の混合系を作用させた。Lewis酸試剤1と基質との錯形成は確認されたが、脱離反応は進行しなかった。塩基として三級アミンの代わりにリチウムアミドを用いれば進行する可能性があると考えられる。
